GENERAL
The Association supports fully deregulated airspace but does not support reciprocal route arrangements. It believes that this supports higher costs since it does not necessarily allow for full utilisation of capacities. Reciprocal route arrangements could only be supported to counter monopolistic practices. However, freight rates should not be oligopolised.
